Professional Scholarships: All applicants must be seeking an undergraduate degree in Special Education or a Master’s Degree as an Educational Diagnostician or Region 10 certification as an Educational Diagnostician.

Student Scholarships: All applicants must have Special Education Eligibility and need to be a senior planning to attend a college, vocational school, or trade school in the Fall of 2019.
